Fitness Center

The Fitness Center at Centennial features state-of-the-art cardiovascular and weight training equipment. The Fitness Center offers 8 treadmills, 6 elliptical trainers, and 4 stationary bikes.


Members can work on their cardiovascular fitness while watching their favorite television shows or they can listen to music through their phone as the Fitness Center is WiFi-enabled. The Fitness Center is open daily from 4:00 am to 11:00 pm. Members can access the Fitness Center by use of a personal key fob.

Our Fitness Center offers a full circuit of weight machines that allow our members a complete body workout. The facility has dumbbells ranging from 3 to 70 pounds, a Smith machine, weight and incline benches, and an Aerobics Room with mirrors equipped with swiss and medicine balls, tubing and bands, exercise steps, and jump ropes for use by our members.

The Fitness Center has a men's and a women's locker room for the membership. Both locker rooms feature showers and dry saunas. We also have certified personal trainers that can evaluate and create individualized fitness programs for our membership. We also offer fitness classes during the weekdays, both morning and evening. Our goal is simply to provide our members with the best country club fitness experience in our area.

Fitness at Centennial Valley
Through a series of non-aerobic exercises, using your own body weight and other resistance equipment, you will gain specific muscle conditioning, build strength, endurance and flexibility.

Define and Refine! This total body conditioning workout will enhance strength and muscle definition. This class will utilize weights and other resistance equipment.
A style of dance that uses sharp, specific movements to Rap or Pop music. Sweat to the latest in dance moves and music.
Experience the benefits of this cardiovascular class taught on the treadmill. This class utilizes sprints, walking sprints and slow walks with varying speeds and ramp heights. This class is first come first serve, as Treadmill availability is limited to 10.
Zumba fuses hypnotic latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic fitness program. The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms, and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Add some Latin flavor and international zest into the mix and you've got Zumba!
