Membership Information

Welcome to the Centennial Valley Country Club where our vision is to create a family oriented club. We offer a membership that appeals to everyone in your family! Whether you enjoy golf, swimming, fitness, social events or a deliciously prepared meal with impeccable service you are sure to find your personal retreat at Centennial Valley.

For a relaxing round of golf, utilize our 18-hole golf course of Bentgrass greens and Bermuda fairways, tees, and roughs, including five sets of tee boxes offering challenge and pleasure to golfers of all ability levels.

We offer the following:

• 19th Hole Grill & Restaurant

Pricing Information

Full Membership - $200.00*
Full privileges for applicant, spouse, and all unmarried, dependent children under age 21, living at home.

Corporate Membership - $200.00*
Full privileges for individual officers or staff of a Company or Corporation. Memberships are assigned to an individual, belong to the Company, and are transferable. The family of a member will be covered under the membership.

Junior Membership - $200.00**
Under the age of thirty-five Full privileges for applicant, spouse, & all unmarried, dependent children under age 21, living at home.

Senior Membership - $200.00***
Fifty-five and over.

Social Membership - $35.00
Social membership offers dining privileges to applicant, spouse, & all unmarried, dependent children under the age of 21 living at home.

Options for Initiation Fee Payment

Option 1: $2500 Initiation Fee paid in full at sign-up

Option2: Initiation paid in 2 installments
  $1250 at sign-up + $1250 one year from sign-up = $2500 Total

Option3: Initiation paid out over 36 months
  $625 at sign-up
  $625 per year for three years

Option4: Junior Membership
  $500 at sign-up
  Remaining balance due by age 35.
  Must pay at least 10% of outstanding
  balance per year until maturity date.
  $625 per year for three years

* Initiation Fee = $2500.00 (options available for initiation fee)
** Initiation Fee = 1st member $2500.00 additional members ( up to 4 ) $625.00
*** Initiation Fee = $150.00
