History
Robert Ott always envisioned a golf course on the property in west Conway that was commonly known as Centennial Valley. Little could he have known, what Centennial Valley would become. Once located on the “outskirts” of town, Centennial Valley was heavily wooded and almost swampy in places. The brainchild of developers Hal Crafton, Rush Harding and Jim Lindsey, the Centennial Valley master plan is situated on an almost 600 acre parcel of land of which Centennial Country Club occupies 175 acres. An upscale residential development, patio homes, condos, duplexes and apartments now make up the residential component of Centennial Valley. Over the last decade Centennial Valley has solidified its reputation as the place to live and belong in Conway and Central Arkansas.
