The Fitness Center at Centennial features state-of-the-art cardiovascular and weight training equipment. The Fitness Center offers 10 treadmills, 4 elliptical trainers, & 4 stationary bikes. You will be able to work on your cardiovascular fitness while listening to your ipod or watching your favorite television show. We are open from 4:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. seven days a week. You can also take a variety of fitness classes, from our certified instructors. The Fitness Center offers fitness classes six days a week which include Body Sculpt, Chisel, Kickboxing, Tread & Shed and Kick Jam.

The full circuit of weight machines will allow you to work your entire body. Centennial , has dumbbells ranging from 3-70 pounds. Additionally we have a smith machine, weight benches, & incline benches. We have a mirrored aerobics room equipped with Swiss balls, medicine balls, tubing, bands, steps, and jump ropes.

The Fitness Center is outfitted with a men’s and women’s locker rooms with showers and saunas. Our certified personal trainer, Susan Webb is available to create individualized programs which are geared to meet each member's personal fitness goals. Our registered dietitian Nikki Burk MS RD is also available for help you in meeting your dietary goals.



Fitness Class

Body Sculpt - Through a series of non-aerobic exercises, using your own body weight and other resistance equipment, you will gain specific muscle conditioning, build strength, endurance and flexibility.

Chisel - Define and Refine! This total body conditioning workout will enhance strength and muscle definition. This class will utilize weights and other resistance equipment.

Class Choice – The class chooses from Body conditioning, Body Pump, Boot Camp, Circuit, Kickboxing, Hip Hop, Interval, Pilates, Step & Zumba.

Instructors Choice - The Instructor chooses from Body conditioning, Body Pump, Boot Camp, Circuit, Kickboxing, Hip Hop, Interval, Pilates, Step & Zumba.

Power Hour - Make the most of your time in this intense, total muscular strength and endurance workout in a interval format.

Tread & Shed - Experience the benefits of this cardiovascular class taught on the treadmill. This class utilizes sprints, walking sprints and slow walks with varying speeds and ramp heights. This class is first come first serve, as Treadmill availability is limited to 10.

Yoga - This class consists of stretching postures, breathing techniques and meditation. These classes are designed to develop strength and flexibility.

Zumba - A high energy cardio workout that incorporates unique moves with Latin dance music. Zumba maximizes caloric output with fat burning movements and easy to follow dance steps.

Every class welcomes new participants. There are always options shown to suit basic or beginner levels and also more advanced training.

Payment Option


Our classes can be paid for in 2 ways. The Centennial fitness card costs $40.00 (The fitness card allows you access to all of the classes for the session), or you can pay for the individual classes at a very affordable $5.00 per class. The card is $20.00 for ages 60 and up. You can pay for the card and the individual classes with your member charge (no cash or checks, please).
