This service is intended for members only!
Members using this service must remain on Centennial property! We encourage you to come play golf, use the fitness center or just enjoy a nice dinner while your children are well looked after. It is imperative that you remain on the property so that we may reach you if the need should arise.
• Children attending Centennial childcare must be potty trained.
• If children cry for longer than 15 minutes, the parents may be asked to pick up their child.
• Once a child is checked in to the child care area, he or she may not leave until a guardian comes and signs the child out. (This is for our children’s safety)
• All Children can use the arcade area not just those checked into childcare.
• Only Children checked into the sitting service may use the TV lounge.
• Children checked into the service will wear a wrist band to help the sitter know which children are checked into sitting.
• Please tell the attendant where you will be while your child is in their care in the event we need to find you.
• Please sign in with your full name, your child’s name, member number, cell number and your location.
• Any child displaying symptoms of illness, physical or mental, will not be permitted into the Centennial Childcare area.
• Out of respect and concern for all parents, children with rashes or other similar conditions may be required to have a doctor’s letter on file at the club.
• Parents are responsible for any equipment damages.
• All Children must follow the sitter’s rules.
• When the childcare area is full we will have to turn member’s children away (Reservations will alleviate this problem)
• Time-out will be used to address behavioral problems.
• Centennial is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
• If any child is being disruptive or disrespectful, the sitter may ask the child to go sit upstairs with their parents.
• Centennial reserves the right to suspend Child Care privileges from any member who consistently neglects the policies.
